Getting started
What is My EverLiving?
A UK wellness brand making 100% natural supplements from functional mushrooms and Himalayan Shilajit. The range is liquid extracts, mushroom coffee and matcha, and mushroom and Shilajit capsules — all dual-extracted, made from fruiting bodies, and third-party tested.
Which product should I start with?

Drops, capsules or a drink — what's the difference?
The mushroom matters more than the format. The format decides whether you actually take it every day.
- Liquid drops — one specific mushroom, absorbed fastest, most flexible. Best if you want to target something in particular.
- Capsules — five mushrooms in one, nothing to measure or taste. Best if supplements usually become a faff and you stop.
- Coffee and Matcha — no extra step at all, because it replaces a drink you already have.
Taking them
How do I take the liquid drops?
Use the dropper to take 1–2ml a day, straight under the tongue for the fastest absorption — or mix it into water, tea, coffee or a smoothie if you'd rather not taste it neat. At that rate a 60ml bottle lasts roughly one to two months.
How do I make the Coffee and Matcha?
Coffee Super Blend — one teaspoon (about 5g) in hot water or the milk of your choice.
Matcha Super Blend — one teaspoon (about 6g) in hot water or milk for a latte.
When's the best time to take them?
Whenever you'll remember. Most people take the focus and energy products — Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, the Coffee — in the morning, and Reishi in the evening when they're winding down. Consistency matters more than timing.
How soon will I notice anything?
It varies a lot between people, and honestly some people notice little. Those who do often mention energy and clarity within the first week or two; anything deeper tends to take several weeks of taking it consistently. If a brand promises you a specific result on a specific day, be suspicious.
Can I take more than one at a time?
Yes, and most people build up rather than switch. Common combinations are Lion's Mane with the Coffee Super Blend during the day, or Reishi with the Matcha in the evening. Start with one, give it a few weeks, then add.
How should I store them?
Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. The drops don't need refrigerating. Keep the lid on properly and use within the date on the bottle.
Safety
Can I take these alongside medication?
Check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Functional mushrooms and Shilajit can interact with some medicines — blood thinners, blood-pressure and diabetes medication, and immunosuppressants among them. Natural doesn't mean risk-free, and we would much rather you asked.
Can I take them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't recommend it unless your doctor or midwife has said it's fine for you. There isn't enough evidence on functional mushrooms and Shilajit in pregnancy to say otherwise.
Are they suitable for children?
Our products are formulated for adults. Please speak to a GP before giving any supplement to a child.
Are there side effects?
Most people take them without any trouble. Some notice mild digestive upset when starting, which usually settles — starting at the lower end of the dose helps. If anything doesn't feel right, stop taking it and speak to a healthcare professional.
I have an allergy — is that a problem?
If you have a known allergy to mushrooms or fungi, don't take the mushroom products. If you're unsure about a specific ingredient, email us before ordering and we'll tell you exactly what's in it.
Ingredients and quality
What does "100% fruiting bodies" actually mean?
It means we use the mushroom itself, not mycelium grown on grain. A lot of cheaper supplements use the latter, which means a good part of what you're paying for is the grain it was grown on. Ours is the mushroom.
What is dual extraction, and why does it matter?
Different beneficial compounds dissolve in different things. Water pulls out the polysaccharides; vegetable glycerin pulls out the triterpenoids. Doing both means you get the full spectrum rather than half of it. We use purified water and vegetable glycerin — no alcohol.
Are they tested?
Yes. Every batch goes to an independent third-party lab and is tested for heavy metals and contaminants. If you'd like to see the certificate for the batch you've received, email us and we'll send it.
Are they vegan, Non-GMO and Halal?
Yes to all three. Everything in the range is plant-based, Non-GMO, alcohol-free, and free from fillers and artificial ingredients.
Where are they made?
Our supplements are produced in facilities operating to GMP, HACCP and ISO quality standards. Mushrooms are sourced from organically grown, pesticide-free crops.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. UK delivery follows shortly after; international orders typically take a further 6–10 days depending on destination and customs. Shipping is free to the UK and UAE. Customs duties and taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility. Full details are in our shipping policy.
What if I change my mind?
We have a 30-day return policy — the item needs to be unused, sealed and in its original packaging, and return postage is at your expense. Start a return by emailing info@myeverliving.com. The full terms are in our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us straight away at info@myeverliving.com with a photo and we'll put it right.

How does the subscription work?
Choose "Subscribe" instead of "One-time purchase" on any product page and it arrives automatically at the interval you pick, at a discount off the one-off price. You can manage everything from your account.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes — skip a delivery, change the date, or cancel entirely from your account at any time. No phone calls, no notice period.
